Audit to consider: • Whether these policies may inadvertently have an adverse impact on employees with a disability • What steps, if any, can be taken to mitigate any adverse impact identified. Provide an interim report and full report on the findings and recommendations to be presented to the HR Deputy Director, Head of HR Policy, Head of Diversity and Inclusion and the Treasury’s Diversity and Inclusion Board. To participate in any possible future procurement which results from this RFP, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite.
