The A5300 Access and Connectivity Improvement scheme seeks to address current severe congestion and network resilience issues at the A5300 / A562 junction. Located at the southern end of the M57 - A5300 Knowsley Expressway, the A5300 / A562 junction is an important link in the Liverpool City Region (LCR) road network: · Providing critical movements both north-south and east-west; · Forming part of the strategic freight route; and, · A vital link in routes to and from key employment and investment sites across the LCR Additional information: The procurement will be conducted via 'The Chest', operated by Due North, which is the North West portal for tender/business opportunities.
