The building shall have sufficient strength to support an additional storey if required in the future. There is also a requirement for a vestibule connecting the new building to the existing, including adapting existing entrance to suit. Structural loadings shall be provided to NDC to enable the foundations to be constructed separately. Power points/data points and alarm systems are to be installed by NDC once the building is in place. Attached is a draft copy of the minimum specification required.
