This work includes fitting door closers and general joinery works to blocks of flats and sheltered schemes that Shoreline owns. These properties are located within North East Lincolnshire. These blocks also contain leaseholder properties. The contract is for 1 year however we anticipate the works to be completed well within that timescale. The contract form is the NEC 3 Term Service Short Contract. Shoreline requires the contractor to arrange appointments and follow its 'No Access' procedure where access cannot be gained.
