Elements of this policy should include: Software upgrades for the products listed in 4.1.1 – 4.1.3, to include patches, bug fixes, new versions and new releases Technical Support available via telephone during the hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding English Public Holidays Technical support to cover: - Problems that are demonstrable in the currently supported versions of the Products running unaltered on an appropriate hardware and operating system configuration. - Bugs which have been reproduced by technical support in the latest version of the Products. - Assistance with customisation of Products, which is limited to providing advice for specific problems, workarounds (where available) for known limitations or code samples in Python only. - Data provided by Esri UK as part of Esri UK’s online service. Contract duration will be for twelve (12) months with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months.
