[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender This is a notice for social and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 The Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames has awarded a contract to a collaborative working model for the provision of a unified service to provide support to individuals to promote resilience, health and well-being, providing access to information and advice and supporting carers, jointly with Kingston Clinical Commissioning Group. The contract will provide the following services: ? Lower level day care ? Outreach, befriending and peer support (including for those who are digitally excluded or do not have English as their first language. ? Facilitating/supporting individuals to access universal provision ? Supporting hospital admission avoidance and support on discharge The Council aims to achieve the following outcomes: People are socially connected and resilient and are able to contribute to their community.
