Synthra GmbH is the original equipment manufacturer of the two Synthra RNplus and MeIplus synthesisers. The required preventative maintenance and extended warranty support relates to specialist equipment incorporating proprietary technology and requires manufacturer-specific technical expertise, diagnostic capabilities and access to compatible parts and servicing procedures. Using the OEM will support the continued reliability and safe operation of the instruments, minimise downtime and maintain radiotracer production capacity.
