These teams bring together a range of practitioners into an integrated prevention and early integration model of service delivery with a clear aim to promote social, emotional and mental wellbeing, building resilient and healthy children, young people and families, preventing family breakdown and ensuring that children and young people are ready for school and life. This contract covers the children public health element of the integrated teams.
