The Service will be universally available to all adults resident in Oxfordshire who are: ??? People with learning disabilities ??? People with autism ??? People with physical disabilities ??? including people with a sensory impairment. The Service will be delivered to service users in a variety of community settings across the county. The Service will deliver outcomes that: ??? Enable people to make healthy choices around their lifestyle ??? Enable people to participate in sports and physical activity ???
