The framework will be split into 10 Lots: - Lot 1 Joinery - Lot 2 Door Entry - Lot 3 Electrical - Lot 4 Plumbing - Lot 5 Drainage - Lot 6 Plastering - Lot 7 Building - Lot 8 Roofing - Lot 9 Timber and Dampness - Lot 10 Fencing Bidders may submit tenders for a single Lot or multiple Lots. The framework will be ranked, and it is anticipated that up to 5 contractors will be appointed to each Lot. Notwithstanding this, NAC reserves the right to appoint a greater number of contractors to any Lot at its sole discretion, where it deems this appropriate and beneficial to the operation of the framework.
