Refurbishment works required to the 1st floor of the Christopher Ingold Building in room 129. • The following works will include a contractors design portion; medical gas line instillation. • A list of approved firms to carry out the services installation is included in Appendix C, however it is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure they have sufficient resources to carry out the works over the proposed construction programme. • Normal UCL Permit to works and notice periods will be required to specific works as referred to in Fowler Martin's Specfication / tender Documents.
