Note that works dates are for phase I and phase II Phase I is to undertake refurbishment works to the 2nd floor of the main Yeatman hospital building to provide administrative and consultation rooms for staff existing within Stewart Lodge and other areas. Once Phase I is completed and remaining staff moved out of Stewart Lodge, a major refurbishment of the area is to take place, this is to include some structural changes, major M&E pipework and electrical installation, flooring, decorations and installation of new air conditioning unit in one of the areas. Also included is the installation of a nurse/panic alarm system, CCTV and new phone network to link to main reception. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
