This phase of the project will update the Tea Room/ Cafe aiming to address limitations on the catering offer, namely space in terms of storage, preparation and seating. Indicative scope of works: - Demolition, and removal of existing tea room and associated equipment; - General make good to existing spaces; - New kitchen, service area, preparation area, pot wash and storage (including building works and equipment); - New servery; - New wall hatch opening (approx. 800mm wide); - All relevant M&E Services (Inc. ventilation requirements for the new kitchen); - New seating area; - Floor finishes; - Wall finishes; - New glazed entrance enclosure. English Heritage invites interested suppliers to complete the Pre Qualification Questionnaire and return it by the due date. A minimum of three suppliers will be invited to tender based on the content of their PQQ submissions.
