This work will involve refurbishment of part of two floors within the building (the 5th and 13th floors). The 5th floor will form meeting rooms and a visitor reception area, with the 13th floor meeting rooms being removed and converted to further office working space. The scope of this tender includes deconstruction/strip out of existing fixtures, fittings to both floors and construction in line with agreed architectural drawings and Mechanical and Electrical specifications. All work must meet the appropriate standards and work must be carried out by suitably qualified tradesmen.
