This is an Invitation to Tender for providers of bus, coach, taxi, private hire and community transport services to apply to join a framework of operators, who will then be invited to tender for various mini-competitions (call-offs) up to a 3 year period. Herefordshire Council has previously procured two frameworks consisting of passenger transport providers which was awarded on 8th July 2014 and 23rd April 2015.
