All valuations supplied will be dated 1st April 2016. The valuations will be relied on for Capital Accounting and future Asset Management purposes. A copy of the Invitation to Quote document with a list of properties in each Council area requiring asset valuations is available on request. Applicants should note that the documentation sets out the service required in more detail and gives instructions in the preparation and submission of the quotation. The Council reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not fully comply with these instructions.
