The Long Term Agreement will run for an inital period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years in 1 year extensions.(3+1+1) . Additional information: A supplier "open day" will be held on 2nd June 2016 between 10:30 and 11:30 to allow potential bidders to learn more about the City of London and it's specific Insurance requirements. Representatives from the Insurance and Procurement teams and from the City's appointed insurance brokers, JLT, will be present to answer questions concerning the procurement process and insurance requirements.
