The provision is for a 'hub and spoke' model which will include the provision of contraception and chlamydia screening in primary care (General Practice and Pharmacy). The sexual health contract is due to start on 1st April, 2017 with the primary care provision starting no later than 1st April 2018. This is to incorporate a consultation process for this aspect of the contract. The contract value amount available for the integrated sexual health services is estimated at £7,597,512 over the 4 year duration. The contract value available for the primary care provision of this contract is estimated at £826,200 over the 3 years duration. (over and above the Sexual Health Services amount).
