The successful provider will undertake the replacement exercise to 577 dwellings enabling remote energy monitoring and control. The new heat meters shall be of an ultrasonic type, which are compatible with tokenless Pre Payment Units. The Service Provider will be required to set up a payment system for each dwelling. The Service Provider shall also establish an arrangement with Hull City Council to transfer the collected monies paid by tenants for energy supplied, to the Council. An administration charge for each dwelling shall be included by the Service Provider to allow for carrying out these functions.
