The new second chapel is to be constructed to match the external appearance of the existing 1970s building and will be of standard construction with high level glazing and a large central glazed lantern. The type of organisation required to successfully carry out this project will need to be a well-established main contractor with proven experience of working on similar projects of a sympathetic nature. It is essential that the main contractor has experience of managing named sub-contractors, has written Health and Safety policies, equal opportunities policies and has ISO 9000 accreditation or similar approved.
