This work is being commissioned with funding from Derbyshire County Council Public Health Locality Funding which is managed by Bolsover Partnership. A key aspect to the work will be to work in partnership with local partners to develop initiatives to improve health at a community level, building upon and adding value to existing projects/services aimed at improving the health of local people.
