The construction works should be completed to a good quality, on time and to budget while allowing the school to operate successfully with minimum disruption during the construction period. ### Scope - The proposed contract is for the provision of construction works for the expansion of the Harris Academy Merton sited at Wide Way, Mitcham CR4 1BP.
