Contract specifications will include Grass Cutting, Hedge Cutting, Football Pitch Preparation, Litter & Dog Faeces Collection, Minor Tree Works, Drains & Ditches, Tennis Courts & Hard Surfaces, Shrub Beds & Borders. Those seriously interested are welcome to visit these offices for an informal tour of the sites involved. This is a 2-stage process. In the first stage, interested suppliers will be asked to fill out a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for return by Tuesday 1 September 2015 from which a short-list will be drawn up. In the second stage, the shortlisted suppliers will be invited to respond to an invitation to tender (ITT) which will include full specifications. The tenders are then evaluated and the contract awarded.
