The intention is to also offer the arrangement to other Public Sector bodies across the South West (please refer to the NUTS codes that we have selected for reference) The services required will be broken down in to a number of modules which will relate to all mechanical,electrical and building fabric elements, which need to be delivered under this one single contract. This framework arrangement will be a call off contract. The tender process to establish this framework will be the Open Tender route, involving a one stage evaluation process where the Pre-Qualification element will be wrapped up within the ITT stage. The Council intends to use this arrangement for all of its non-school premises. It then intends to offer this arrangement to schools and academies within the district and other public sector bodies across the SouthWest. Please note a Supplier Open Event has been arranged for Monday 20th June at 1:30 pm at The Campus,Weston-super-Mare.
