The London Borough of Hounslow is seeking quotations from appropriately experienced organisations or consultants to undertake a high quality, independent review of the young people's substance misuse service, in order to assess the relative strengths and weaknesses of the current operating model and service delivery against national practice standards. The review should include recommendations relevant to any improvements in services, provision, pathways, processes or governance arrangements, and alignment with other services or agencies.
