A new 3 year project has recently been approved. This requirement is to agree a contract with one provider for the provision of office space as to be detailed in the specification. The chosen establishment must be able to provide a fully serviced space inclusive of all business rates within a 3 mile radius of Birmingham City Centre, B4 7ET. The opportunity for networking and free training to users of the incubation space is also a requirement.
