This contract is split into the following four Lots: - Lot 1 Fresh - Lot 2 Cured - Lot 3 Frozen - Lot 4 Specialist Suppliers may bid for one or all lots and may be awarded more than one lot for the lifetime of the contract. However, it is our intention to award lot 1 to no less than 3 and no more than 5 suppliers and lots 2, 3 and 4 to a single supplier for each lot.
