Future-proof and enable the expansion of externally delivered HR and payroll services Provide a high degree of employee and manager autonomy for HR processing via a self-service facility. Ensure the council is able to meet all its statutory and national policy requirements in a controlled and timely manner. To this end we are now engaging with the market to establish how these objectives and outcomes might be achieved.
