Current cost per annum: 185 000 GBP approximately. The above cost includes the provision of the equipment detailed within the PQQ document. Staples and paper are chargeable, but toner is included for all machines. Chase Terrace Technology College will require some form of monitoring software — PCounter or similar — and the software would need to be embedded, in order that staff could collect their printing from any machine within the school via a pin code or biometrics. Devices would need to be supported for Windows 7, 8 and 10 and also Mac OSX software up to Yosemite and iOS 8 — and Android up to Lollypop. An air print service such as Everyone Print or similar would also be required to support the school's mobile devices.
