The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, split into 2x lots (East and West)and is to consist of a total of 91x communal sites. 57x East and 34x West. Service providers are expected to be GasSafe registered and can demonstrate suitable level of experience in this field and are to provided to undertake routineservicing and maintenance to their communal assets.
