Once completed another room will be allocated within 1 day and again to be completed within 7 days. The contractor shall carry out a builders clean on completion of each room The refurbishment will cover the following: •Replacement of flooring with a suitable vinyl that has been proven to be dementia friendly •Replace wash hand basins and taps that are compliant to HTM64 •Replace lighting with LED fittings which will save energy •Redecorate ward bedded areas using suitable colours Warminster Hospital is a community hospital situated in the town centre and has 25 in-patient beds on Longleat ward. ’The Trust endeavours to provide excellent accommodation for its patients by the continuous maintenance of its patient areas.
