Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 3 Years ### Contract Description To be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene for the following locations: Forestry Commission Offices at Santon Downham: • Forest Enterprise Office and Classroom • Forest Services Services Office • Mechanical Engineering Office • Civil Engineering/FS Library • Nursery Mess Hut • Yard Toilets (Location of Cleaners Store) • Public Toilets (Open all year round)St Helens Picnic Site (Approx 1.5miles from Office) • Public Toilets (Open Easter to Oct Half Term) General cleaning duties will include those listed in the separate Cleaning Schedule that can be provided on request by e-mailing . Additional tasks not listed in the Cleaning Schedule may be required on an ad hoc basis or to maintain cleanliness. Hours of cleaning are to be determined by the contractor but will commence after Reception closes at 16:30 and on a daily basis, from Monday – Friday.
