## About this tender

### The works comprise the refurbishment of Laboratory 2B41-2B44

Supply and install new MBSC’s, doors, windows, flooring, ceiling, LED lighting, emergency light switching/PIRs, electrics, ventilation, data, plumbing, new benching, medical gases, security access control, shelving along with the renewal of all fittings and finishes including redecoration throughout. All fittings and fixtures to be identical unless specified otherwise.

Additional information: This contract was awarded under existing framework agreement ECM 2024. The contract was appointed follwing tender via Bravo solutions ITT1327
