Male and female facilities are situated on the first, second and fourth floor. This provision is for the refurbishment of second and fourth floors only as facilities located on the first floor were upgraded during 2012. The Royal Armouries Museum is situated in a hard water area and as such suffers from calcium build up within urinal units leading to increased maintenance frequencies and the inconvenience of facilities out of order.
