The work will include reducing the height of the existing boundary wall and making good, stabilise the foundations to the remaining wall. The estimated value of the contract is between £50k and £70k. SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents.
