[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](https://tendernation.io/opportunities/for-small-businesses) ## About this tender The services required of the contract comprises two elements as follows: Element 1: Website Maintenance Support: (Quotation on a monthly fixed fee basis) To provide a monthly programme of website maintenance to include as a minimum: • Maintenance and regular update of the all associated activities linked with the website. • Version Upgrades and patches of content management system and underlying software. • Maintenance & checking for dead links of static pages. • Performance Improvements. • Archival & update of new data provided by the Growth Hub along with update of the sitemap. • Daily database backup and website backup after any update. For bring up the website within 8 hours of any failure/hack attack. • Cyber audit from time to time when any modification/upgrade in coding/design is done and also any vulnerability identified. • Bug fixing and problem reporting. • Regular reports on usage using Google Analytics. Additional website maintenance to include: • Text: Additions or deletions • Photos: Additions, deletions and basic retouching • Web Pages: Additions or deletions using existing webpage design • Navigation: Basic navigational changes (add, move or delete an item in the navigation) • File Downloads: Additions or deletions of PDFs and other documents • Videos: Insertion or deletion of pre-edited video • Links: Additions or deletions • Colour and Background Images: Changes/replacements • Forms: Dynamic form layout and integration Element 2: Website Development Work (Quotation on an hourly rate for development work) To carry out bespoke website development work as and when required. As minimum this will include: • Development of a supplier area to be added to existing website structure. • Upgrade / overhaul of data base that sits behind “Support Finder” and enhancement of this function to support new features (e.g. staff area). • Redesign / refresh of home page. • Adhoc design work. • Development of business support search tool to provide new features (e.g. staff area). • Integration of 3rd party “white labelled” content and information tools. • Development of a Product area to the website to include design work to ensure product area can be communicated effectively in various media e.g. printed, social etc. • Development of events calendar /diary to enhance user experience.
