We are looking for a service provider than can deliver services from more than one community location and is committed to providing education, training and feedback to primary care to support care in the community. Service: The service is an alternative to hospital based treatments offering a one stop service for appropriate ENT assessments, diagnostics and treatments for minor conditions. ### Audiology Surrey Downs CCG is commissioning a community Audiology provider to provide services to Surrey Downs GP registered patients within our locality areas. We are looking for a service provider that can deliver services from more than one community location and is committed to encouraging early identification, diagnosis and management of hearing loss through improved patient and professional education. Service: The service is an alternative to hospital based treatments offering direct access for people suffering with hearing problems.
