The floating support should not last more than two years. Housing Related Support will enable Customers to gain the skills, knowledge and experience to secure and/or maintain their own accommodation and live independently, thus preventing, reducing and/or delaying their need for care and support through homelessness. The aim of the Service is to provide short term, intensive, Housing Related Support lasting not more than one year for Customers aged 25 years and above. The service support Warwickshire customers to stay in their own homes or work towards living in their own homes.
