These will include social housing, housing for market rent and housing for private sale in the value of circa GBP 30000000 over the next four years. Expressions of interest are invited to join a framework of Architectural Practices to carry out our needs in this specialist area. The framework will last for four years and has an estimated value of GBP 12500000 system. Please note this estimate is based on currently available information and provided in good faith. The final value of the framework may vary and carries no guarantee of business for any specific framework partner. Specific projects will be awarded through the value for money criteria set out in the tender or through mini-competitions to be held amongst framework partners.
