Hampshire County Council in partnership with the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire and Southampton City Council is commissioning a lead provider or consortium of providers to work with specialist agencies in a development programme to help transform the approach to reducing the incidence and risk of domestic abuse. The Contract will commence on 1 November 2015 and will be for a period of 17 months with the option to extend for a further 12 months depending on outcomes and budget.
