This tender covers the provision of Emergency Light Testing and General Electrical Repairs The Council is seeking to continue a planned maintenance regime within its property portfolio designed to provide both improved flexibility in terms of balancing the cost of service combined with the maximisation of asset life. Furthermore, the new regime will seek to address the current planned to reactive spend ratios with a view to achieving enhanced budget certainty through an increase in the ratio of planned works to reactive repairs.
