Educational institutions, schools, colleges, universities and other education centres in London iii. Network Rail and Train Operating Companies in London iv. London Alliance Highways Contractors - Businesses, Charities and other Employers across London vi. London boroughs vii. GLA and its functional bodies The Framework Agreements shall be managed by TfL and equipment will be called off from the framework using a preagreed schedule of rates and costs. OJEU 2015/S 142-261026 - New suppliers are required to express an interest to this OJEU/PQQ by registering initially as a (new) supplier on TfL's (EUdynamics) e-procurement system and following the instructions at [tfl.gov.uk/eprocurement](https://www.tfl.gov.uk/eprocurement). Suppliers already registered on this system can access the PQQ directly. Once registered please search for \*cycle parking equipment\* within the search facility and complete and submit the pre- qualification questionnaire as requested (tfl\_scp\_000935\_pqq).
