The training is intended to support claimants with limited skills, knowledge and experience to equip them with the Customer Service skills sought by employers in four key sectors: Care, Retail, Call Centres and Hospitality. This will assist in meeting the local labour market demand for claimants who have been up-skilled in these employment sectors and achieve job outcomes. Additional information: Provision is required for 3 x CPAs- CPA1 - Glasgow, Lanarkshire & East Dunbartonshire; CPA2 - North, south and East Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway; CPA3 - Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire (Barrhead), Inverclyde, Argyle & Bute, West Dunbartonshire.
