The Council requires a responsive service to maintain the effective safe use of the Council owned buildings, the safety, security and well-being of all users and visitors, to ensure an environmentally-friendly practise for the management of waste. The Council will award the contract for an initial period of three years subject to the provisions within this document, with a possibility of a further two years extension. This contract will be broken down into four separate lots: ### Lot one - Hucknall area Lot two – Kirkby and out-lying areas Lot three – Sutton area ### Lot four - Homeless The Suppliers are invited to bid for any one of the four lots, or for all four.
