The interim beds are for people who are medically fit to be discharged and who require a permanent care home placement. Oxfordshire County Council wishes to procure 18 interim beds for a 40 week period starting from 30th May 2016. The Council acknowledges that there may need to be phasing in of the interim beds but that should occur over a short period of time.
