[More contracts for small businesses and VCSEs](/opportunities/for-small-businesses)## About this tender The Benchmarking services County Durham & Darlington wishes to commission are: - Lot 1Benchmarking data: which allows the Trust to benchmark its performance on a variety of indicators against local, national and international comparators and against best practice. - Lot 2Comprehensive clinical benchmarking package: which allows for case-mix adjusted international comparisons - Lot 3Benchmarking studies: The Trust seeks the opportunity for its staff to participate in benchmarking studies with local and national comparators. This function will be particularly valuable with respect to services where national comparator data is not routinely available. The contract term is 36 months with an option to extend for a further 3 x 12 month periods (Maximum term 72 months) The Trust will use the procurement process to assess and review its benchmarking priorities and to decide which benchmarking services represent value for money. Once the process is complete a recommendation will be made to Executives as to which services should be commissioned. Accordingly, the procurement may result in any combination, or none, of the services detailed in Lots 1-3 being commissioned.
