This increased collaborative capacity for diagnostic imaging will support the trust in delivery of national waiting targets and improved access to services 7 days a week across acute and community settings. 3.1 To reduce diagnostic waiting times to minimal operational requirement (less than 1 week)3.2 To reduce radiology reporting times to a minimal operational requirement (within 48hrs OP)3.3 To provide flexible, fixed cost additional capacity to meet rapidly increasing demand. 3.4 To innovate and develop community based diagnostics collaboratively in line with commissioning intentions. 3.5 To support Radiology in the delivery of 7 Day services for patients.
