Surrey Continuing Healthcare are seeking to contract with suitably qualified provider(s) for the provision of the Continuing Healthcare Placements of Fast Track Clients for the patient populations of Surrey. On Thursday 5 May 2016, commissioners are holding a market warming event at Leatherhead Leisure Centre - Mole Suite, Guildford Road, Leatherhead, KT22 9BL, to share information to inform the specification, Tender evaluation criteria and Tender process. The timetable will be scheduled between 14:00 and 16:30 hours.
