The site has recently been formally closed by the Council. We are trying to achieve best value from the sale – through maximising capital receipt and or income revenue from the long-leasehold disposal. It is a requirement that the site is disposed of for private extra care housing within Planning Use Class C2 to be developed at the site. The Council will look to restrict the land use of this site.
