A Framework Agreement will be implemented and the requirements of the Authority will be performed utilising Call-Off Contracts for both pre-planned work and emergency call outs. There are 2 Lots: - Lot 1 will cover all minor Building and Joinery Works with an individual project value of below £500 and one (1) supplier will be awarded to undertake these minor Works. - Lot 2 will cover all Building and Joinery Works with an individual project value of over £500 and three (3) suppliers will be awarded to the Framework Agreement undertake these Works. The category covers urgent and pre-planned work and emergency call out. Services may be required 365 days per year, 24 hours per day, i.e. to include Emergency Call Outs.
